Project Management
The Project Management team has invaluable experience in delivering some of the most complex converged projects, and uses industry project methodology based even where necessary conforming to government-standard PRINCE2 certification levels, to ensure that every project is successful and on schedule.
The site survey process is continually being updated and it covers all aspects of the installation, including:
- Site security, H&S, working/access times and delivery arrangements
- Power, earthing and UPS requirements
- Minimum specification on customer supplied equipment
- WAN, LAN environments, existing circuits and cabling infrastructure
- Current communications platforms
- User training rooms/customer specific requirements
- Detailed configuration requirements
Towards the end of the project the Project Manager will provide you with a detailed “bring- into- service” document, detailing outlining support contact information, site access hours, remote access numbers, security information & the escalation process.
Our Implementation service ensures that the solution is tested, installed, configured and delivers the required results. To reduce your risk and ensure a smooth delivery, where necessary we will perform proof-of-concept configuration, pre-delivery inspection, or completely pre-stage the configuration in our labs, prior to installation. This ensures that, even with the most complex jobs, the installation is a success, from commencement to acceptance.
