Through Future Technical Services, the company within the Future Group dedicated to engineering and support, we offer a multitude of service level agreements that can be tailored to suit the needs of your organisation.

Our standard support offering provides an extremely competitive, business-hours level of service. Critical faults, such as a total system failure or the loss of a crucial service, are resolved by our technical services team within a 4-hour deadline. Less severe issues, such as mild handset malfunctions, are met within a 16-hour deadline.

For Customers who enjoy the personal touch of a guaranteed visit at least once every 6 months, for a small premium over our standard offering we can provide a “maintenance-plus” service. With this service, if no visits have been made in six months, we will come out in order to update the system and check that everything is functioning satisfactorily.

Should you require maintenance outside of standard business hours, contact us regarding this – we may on a case-by-case basis be able to provide an extended service, depending upon what you require.

In 2007 we also became the first telecoms maintenance provider in the country to offer a “Green” maintenance option – we can offset the carbon emissions created during the use of the system throughout the duration of the maintenance agreement. This unique offering underscores our commitment to ethical practices throughout all of our business relationships.

We make use of a dedicated Network Operations Centre, in conjunction with bespoke and off-the-shelf tracking and monitoring software, to ensure that issues are tracked throughout their life-cycle. We often detect and rectify faults before the client is even aware that there is one! Our dedicated in house engineering team is backed up by a 200-plus strong national network of engineers, ensuring that, should a problem arise, we are always available to resolve it.
