With this in mind, staff training on modern, high technology equipment is more important than ever. After all,it is impossible to maximise the return on investment in new technology if your staff are insufficiently trained to use it to its fullest potential. Training sessions can be provided, either from our training facilities or locally at the clients’ site, which may be more convenient for their employees.

Bespoke Training Packages, with applications such as pre install training, “train-the-trainer”, system administration, end user & Go Live Support are catered for.  Each training schedule is created around the equipment type being supplied and the customer’s specific requirements, and all training materials will be provided in the most convenient format.

As part of the consulting process we will design a bespoke training package for your staff that is aligned with the requirements of your organisation. For smaller, less complex solutions our engineers from Future Technical Services can provide basic handset training free of charge.

In addition we offer administrator training covering the telephone and voice mail systems.  These courses are designed to teach new and experienced administrators how to manage and control a variety of system features.  This type of training is especially important when new administrators have little or no pervious telecoms knowledge but is equally important at all levels to ensure the new system is utilised to its maiximum capacity to benefit your organisation.
